New Features to Help You Manage Leads More Efficiently
Do you ever rely on old habits to accomplish daily tasks, without stopping for a second to wonder if there is a better approach?
This is often the case with technology. We learn to use a certain tool for an everyday task and then continue using it well after more effective tools are available.
For instance, most of us would use email to collaborate with colleagues and customers on a presentation. But is email the best tool? Today, online services like Dropbox, Google Docs, and Skydrive allow us to view, modify, and update shared files more easily.
We’re always looking for a more efficient approach to our B2B marketing services.
This is why we recently sat down to re-think the way Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Quotation (RFQs) are managed through our site…
Manage RFIs and RFQs Directly Through Environmental XPRT
RFIs and RFQs are the lifeblood of our B2B marketplace. We know that companies and professionals trust us to help them track and manage these requests properly.
We’ve been relying on email, but technology has evolved and now there is a better way – managing requests directly through Environmental XPRT.
Whether you are a professional requesting more information about a product or a company receiving a request, the new features we’ve designed will allow you to:
Exchange messages related to requests directly through Environmental XPRT.
Now your company’s messages will be maintained in one central location. And any users attached to your company’s profile (with the appropriate access) will be able to view and respond to them. This will help companies that have more than one person tasked with handling requests.
Change your request status.
Now each RFI and RFQ will have a request status that either party can change at any time. Environmental Expert will automatically notify the other party of a change.
Mark requests as spam.
If your company receives a lead that isn’t relevant to your business, you can mark it as spam. This will help us deliver more relevant business leads to your company in the future.
These are just a few of the new features we’ve introduced for better managing your requests through Environmental XPRT. We’d rather do the work to give you a more efficient solution than rely on the same old habits.
Please try the new features and let us know how they work for you.
You can view the requests your company receives through your GeneratedLeads report.
If you recently sent a request to a company on Environmental XPRT, you can follow its status in the MyRFIs/RFQs section of My XPRT.
