Exchange messages related to requests directly through Environmental XPRT. 

Now your company’s messages will be maintained in one central location.  And any users attached to your company’s profile (with the appropriate access) will be able to view and respond to them.  This will help companies that have more than one person tasked with handling requests.

Change your request status. 

Now each RFI and RFQ will have a request status that either party can change at any time.  Environmental Expert will automatically notify the other party of a change.

Mark requests as spam. 

If your company receives a lead that isn’t relevant to your business, you can mark it as spam.  This will help us deliver more relevant business leads to your company in the future.

These are just a few of the new features we’ve introduced for better managing your requests through Environmental XPRT.  We’d rather do the work to give you a more efficient solution than rely on the same old habits.
